Gallows Bay Port Reopens, Normal Operations Resume
Virgin Islands Port Authority, the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Services, the U.S. Coast Guard, and Antilles Gas confirmed that the facility is now safe for normal operations.


Gallows Bay Port Temporarily Closed Following Gas Tank Incident
Inspections conducted at the facility have led to the decision to evacuate and suspend all port activities until further notice. VIPA, VI Fire and Emergency Services, and the U.S. Coast Guard are responding to the incident.
