ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is embarking on an exciting new Public Private Partnership (P3) project modernizing and enhancing the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (HERA) on St. Croix and the Cyril E. King Airport (CEKA) on St. Thomas.

This project, which will involve the redevelopment of the HERA and CEKA airports, is a P3 project that will bring state-of-the-art amenities, private investment, efficient airport operations, and long-term maintenance plans to these two important assets. These new facilities will stimulate economic growth in the Territory while providing travelers with a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience.
