VIPA Board Meetings
The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s Board of Governors meets regularly on the third Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. Meeting dates, times, and locations are subject to change.
The general session of the Board’s regular meetings is open to the public. Meetings are conducted in person and/or via video or teleconference at the VIPA Administrative Building at 8074 Lindbergh Bay in St. Thomas and/or in VIPA's conference room on the second floor of the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal in St. Croix. Meetings held in St. John are usually held at the Legislative Annex in Cruz Bay.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority invites the public to learn more about upcoming improvements to the Wilfred “Bomba” Allick Marine Terminal (Containerport) in St. Croix.
Meeting Details: Friday, August 14, 2026, at 6:00–7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the VIPA Conference Room on the 2nd Floor of the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Terminal, St. Croix.
