The Virgin Islands Port Authority is informing the public about a mandatory fire training exercise that will take place on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Puma fuel farm at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix. The one-hour training exercise will start at 10 a.m. This training will be conducted realistically with sirens, water from fire apparatus, and quick response by the fire and emergency response personnel, including VIPA’s Airport Rescue Firefighters (ARFF), police, airport operations personnel, and Puma employees.
