The Virgin Islands Port Authority invites the public to a Townhall Meeting to discuss the Authority’s plans to design a multi-purpose facility for cultural events at the Enighed Pond property on St. John. The Townhall will be held at the Cleone H. Creque Legislative Annex in Cruz Bay, St. John at 6 p.m. on September 8, 2022. VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe will chair the meeting, accompanied by his executive team and the Authority’s marine consultant Moffatt and Nichol. The design phase of this project is funded via a $400,000 appropriation from the 34th Legislature via Act No. 8473.
