The Virgin Islands Port Authority will begin the construction of a new, multi-level Parking Transportation Center at the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas in March 2021. The new parking garage will provide over 600 parking spaces and a designated area for all taxis and rental car agencies. During the construction period, there will be very limited parking space at the Cyril E. King Airport. Residents are encouraged to arrange being dropped off and picked up at the airport terminal when traveling.
