Revised 30 Oct 2020 to extend comments submission date from November 2, 2020 to November 9, 2020.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority Port Authority intends to submit a new Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application to the Federal Aviation Administration for the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas (CEKA). VIPA currently collects $4.50 in PFCs per eligible enplaned passenger with a new estimated expiration date of July 1, 2025. The PFC collection amount remains the same in this new request. This application will ensure VIPA maintains ongoing PFC collections to fund airport terminal capital improvement projects after the current expiration date of January 1, 2021.

While the PFC will only be collected from tickets for passengers departing from CEKA, the funds collected will be used to support terminal upgrade projects at both CEKA and the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport terminals (HERA). The projects will include upgrades to the baggage handling systems and new ticketing counters in the departure and hold room areas.

Public comments may be submitted through November 9, 2020, to:

I noticed that PH33 has features such as the match schedule, game results, and statistical tables were displayed clearly, making it easy to find information without spending much time searching.

Infrastructure upgrades like baggage handling systems and modern ticketing counters really make a noticeable difference in passenger experience! It is great to see airport authorities planning ahead for capital improvements. When researching municipal developments or gathering niche industry trends, having reliable data is key which is why turning to a custom expert sourcing team makes such a huge difference, just like clear planning helps authorities complete major transit projects smoothly!

I’ve noticed how much smoother airport improvements can make the travel experience, especially when baggage handling and ticketing areas are upgraded. If the PFC helps fund these needed projects without increasing the fee, that seems like a reasonable trade-off—then I can get home and enjoy a quick game of Polytrack !

It is interesting to see the updates regarding the PFC collection deadline for the Cyril E. King Airport. Infrastructure improvements are always vital for travelers, much like how tools such as Seedance 2.5 AI video are pushing the boundaries of creative content production today. I hope the public comment period leads to productive outcomes for both the St. Thomas and St. Croix airport facilities.

Với mình, chỉ cần nội dung gọn gàng như vậy là đủ để mình nắm bắt thông tin cơ bản.
