Revised 30 Oct 2020 to extend comments submission date from November 2, 2020 to November 9, 2020.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority Port Authority intends to submit a new Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application to the Federal Aviation Administration for the Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas (CEKA). VIPA currently collects $4.50 in PFCs per eligible enplaned passenger with a new estimated expiration date of July 1, 2025. The PFC collection amount remains the same in this new request. This application will ensure VIPA maintains ongoing PFC collections to fund airport terminal capital improvement projects after the current expiration date of January 1, 2021.

While the PFC will only be collected from tickets for passengers departing from CEKA, the funds collected will be used to support terminal upgrade projects at both CEKA and the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport terminals (HERA). The projects will include upgrades to the baggage handling systems and new ticketing counters in the departure and hold room areas.

Public comments may be submitted through November 9, 2020, to:

The best part of Geometry Dash is its sense of progression, because players can clearly feel themselves improving after each attempt, making difficult levels seem more achievable over time.

Audio cues are extremely important in Crossy Road, especially near train tracks. The warning bell and flashing signals usually give players enough time to avoid sudden crashes.

New players in Crossy Road often tap too quickly during stressful moments. Maintaining a steady rhythm usually creates better control and reduces accidental mistakes.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s continued investment in airport improvements is great news for travelers and the region’s infrastructure. Upgrades to baggage handling systems and terminal areas at both CEKA and HERA should help create a smoother and more efficient passenger experience. Managing long-term airport development and funding feels a bit like Crossy Road —every planned step helps keep travel moving forward safely and efficiently

Space Waves offers three main modes that keep things interesting. I enjoy switching between classic, endless, and race depending on my mood.

The gameplay of Subway Surfers Unblocked is straightforward but highly addictive: you control the character by swiping the screen to jump, slide, or change lanes in order to avoid trains, barricades, and other obstacles.
