Comprehensive Harbor Advancement and Resilience Transformation (C.H.A.R.T. )
The Virgin Islands Port Authority invites the public to attend a series of community meetings focused on advancing and strengthening the resilience of the territory's cruise, cargo, and ferry seaports and harbors. These sessions will give you a chance to share your input and engage with VIPA officials and our marine consultant, Moffatt and Nichol, as we discuss possible improvements and your suggestions for programs that will positively impact the maritime services, port infrastructure, and economy of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
