The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 15.3% for Federal Aviation Administration-funded contracts/agreements at the Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. VIPA estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 15.3%, it will obtain 7% from race-neutral participation and 8.3% through race-conscious measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
An in-person public meeting will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room on the third floor of the VIPA Administrative Building, 8074 Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas.
