VIPA Extends Condolences to the Family of CEKA Traveler

ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) expresses its sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of a traveler who passed away yesterday afternoon at the Cyril E. King Airport terminal in St. Thomas. The cause of death is currently under investigation.

 

VIPA's Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) personnel, along with the VIPA Police Department and the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services, responded to the incident.   VIPA Interim Executive Director Ava Penn thanked them for their swift action and efforts.
