The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) has completed the installation of its parking lot equipment in the parking garage at the Urman V. Fredricks Marine Terminal in Red Hook, St. Thomas. The parking garage at the UVF Terminal is open from 5:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. daily. VIPA will implement its hourly parking rate schedule effective Monday, July 27, 2020, as follows:
First 15 Minutes...............Free 16 Minutes – 1 Hour.........$4 1-2 Hours.........................$6 2-3 Hours.........................$8 3-10 Hours.......................$12 10-24 Hours (All Day)......$15 Lost Ticket......................$15 per day Monthly Parking..............$175
