The Virgin Islands Port Authority will host a public hearing to discuss proposed amendments to its marine tariff cruise ship fees charged in the St. Thomas/St. John district. The public is invited to attend in person or via Zoom.

Proposed Fee Amendments:
Increase wharfage fees by 44 cents per passenger for cruise ships entering St. Thomas. This increase will fund VIPA marine operations and expenses.
Increase ship dues by $3 per passenger for cruise ships entering St. Thomas to fund the Charlotte Amalie Harbor Dredging Project
Both fees will be effective no later than April 2025.
