About Us
Connecting the U.S. Virgin Islands to the World by Air and Sea Since 1969
The Virgin Islands Port Authority owns and operates the two airports and most public seaports in the United States Virgin Islands and is responsible for maintaining the harbors in the territory. Almost everything that the people of the USVI use or consume arrives on the islands by boat or plane, so the Port Authority impacts the lives of every resident and visitor. VIPA also plays a crucial role in the territory's tourism industry and economic growth.
